Delete your data

If you connected Facebook or Instagram

Open Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select VantaPay and choose Remove. Facebook notifies us automatically and we delete the Page connections you authorized — including the stored access tokens — and give you a confirmation code to check on this page.

You can also just email [email protected] from the address on your account. We do it within 30 days.

If a business contacted you through VantaPay

When you fill in a form, book an appointment, or answer an ad, your details go to that business — it is their customer record, and they decide what to keep. Write to the business directly, or to [email protected] naming it, and we will pass the request on and confirm back to you.

What we keep, and why

We keep what the law requires us to keep: payment and payout records for tax and accounting, and records needed to resolve a dispute or prevent fraud. Everything else is deleted or de-identified. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
