1. Who we are
VantaPay LLC ("VantaPay", "we") operates a software platform that lets service businesses ("Merchants") manage bookings, accept payments, and message their clients. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms.
2. Payments & Stripe Connect
Payments are processed by Stripe. Merchants who accept payments must create a connected Stripe account and agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Services Agreement. VantaPay charges a platform fee of 1% of each processed transaction. [Confirm fee, refunds, chargeback responsibility, payout timing with counsel.]
3. Merchant subscription

4. SMS / text messaging

Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent are never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
